Mediterranean Tofu and my Door to Door box

Yesterday I got my 3rd Door to Door box! 

4 peaches
2 tomatoes
2 mangoes
Giant bunch of celery
Leaf lettuce
Huge Cucumber
Strawberries
Blueberries
4 bananas

I've already managed to devour a peach, some berries and celery with cream cheese. I just love getting my box of stuff on Tuesdays! I especially love getting a few new things to experiment with and variety that I probably wouldn't get for myself at the store.
My question about this one is: can you eat the mango skin or do you peel it off?
