I had a super healthy lunch today! Wo fat cottage cheese (does anyone else remember that cute little boy on that commercial? no? just me then...), a roma tomato and about half a cucumber. So perfect for a hot summer day :)
I'm also super excited about some fun gf finds from King Soopers, Safeway also carries these Boulder Canyon Chips. They're so good, very greasy but really flavorful. Great for summer picnics and come in many many flavors!
These were so good barfy cat jumped up and waited patiently until I was distracted enough and grabbed my thumb and licked it! She lika da spicy! P.S. She'll be 18 years old this summer, what a gem!
I also got these for my next BBQ...
