I had 2 potatoes in a bag on my counter and look what they did! I had never seen anything like this. So, I'm going to get a bag of dirt and plant them and see if I end up with more potatoes. How cool is that?!?
I hate to bury those pretty purple sprouts though. But I've been told if I don't it will eventually rot and stink.
