Spinach and Oatmeal

Today's menu:
Breakfast- yogurt & a banana, like usual
Lunch: Oatmeal!! made with Silk Almond Milk. Nommy nom nom nom!

It always boils over. I turned away for 5 seconds!!

Dinner: Spinach Salad with strawberries, avocado and balsamic.  I would've added almonds, but lunch kind of covered that. Still, salad perfection!

I feel like a dietary angel, then I remember the whole bowl of lemon cheesecake I ate and I know that this is just recovery!
