Weekly Gluten Free Menu - October 3

So...I cooked 3 pounds of Salmon today, jut to use it up - so this week's menu is basically, salmon, salmon, salmon!

Salmon Salad sandwiches on Udi's GF bread

Amy's Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese

Baked Potato Soup

Beef Stew
